The Legion Sports Fest, featuring fitness models and bodybuilders, returns for its seventh year at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center on Saturday-Sunday, May 31-June 1.
The expo will also have nine different sports competitions, a strongman competition and Muay Thai bouts.
Competitions include NPC and IFBB Pro League Bodybuilding, Muay Thai, armored combat, point Muay Thai, strongman and strongwoman, sumo wrestling, arm wrestling … and, yes, cornhole.
There is also a family fitness section and a trading card scavenger hunt to encourage kids to explore the expo and interact with vendors to collect all 10 Legion Superhero cards.
The IFBB Pro Open competition on Saturday boasts a $42,500 cash purse and awards the winner of each division a qualification to Mr. Olympia.
Professional bodybuilding athletes from around the world will compete in categories such as bodybuilding, bikini, classic physique, fitness, men’s physique and wellness.
