Fitter Body Ladies, in Lychpit, was founded by businesswoman and mum of two, Vera Balabanova, less than two years ago.
The gym was created to provide a supportive and welcoming environment for women over 30.
This nomination recognises the significant impact the gym has had on the local community since its launch.

The gym offers structured 45-minute instructor-led sessions specifically designed for women, making it easy to fit into busy schedules.
Members benefit from a judgement-free environment with no mirrors, where the emphasis is on encouragement, achievable goals and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Alongside workouts, members receive family-friendly nutritional guidance and ongoing support to keep them motivated.
Many members join feeling nervous or unsure about exercising but quickly find themselves embraced by a community that celebrates every success, big or small.
The gym’s unique approach is reflected in numerous transformation stories, with women gaining confidence, strength, and renewed energy.
