An iron bar-wielding robber has raided a Birmingham convenience store before making his escape.
The robbery took place at the One Stop shop in Rectory Road in Sutton Coldfield on Friday (May 30).
A man with an iron bar threatened staff, forcing them to open the till.
He stole cash at around 6.30pm and then fled the scene.

A spokesperson for One Stop told BirminghamLive: “We are aware of the incident that occurred at our Rectory Road, Sutton Coldfield store on Friday evening.
“No colleagues or customers were hurt and we are continuing to help the police with their enquiries.”
West Midlands Police is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.

A spokesman for the force said: “We were called to reports of a robbery at a shop on Rectory Road, Sutton shortly before 6.30pm on Friday 30 May.
“Staff at the shop were threatened by a man with an iron bar, who stole cash from the tills before escaping.
“No one was injured, and our investigation is ongoing.
