Presently, Rightmove lists a generous single-bedroom flat for sale, conveniently positioned close to the retail outlets and amenities of Stoke Bishop.

The ground-floor residence on Tunstall Close is 0.7 miles away from Sea Mills Station, where a short train journey can whisk residents into Bristol’s centre in barely over 20 minutes.

The most economical postcode in Stoke Bishop, according to the data, is BS9 1LZ, which witnesses properties changing hands at an average of £440,000 over three transactions.

In the vicinity, BS9 1JT had properties shift at an average sum of £506,667 across three sales, while other postcodes in Downleaze such as BS9 1LU and BS9 1NA experienced average figures of £523,300 and £554,669 each over eight deals.
