A Love Island contestant has been shown the ‘red card’ by fans for his antics inside the villa, with many labelling his actions “diabolical”.
The popular ITV dating series made a comeback on our screens this week, unveiling a raft of fresh surprises and challenges. Sadly, Mancunian Sophie faced an early exit from the villa after just 48 hours, while three new bombshells have already made their grand entrance.
In a recent twist on June 12, despite being paired with Shakira, Harry dashed to the hideaway with Helena once the lights dimmed, sparking outrage amongst viewers, who condemned the move on social media as “diabolical”.
Earlier in the week, Shakira had decided to ‘steal’ Harry, which led to Sophie’s show exit. However, Harry seemed to also have his eye on Helena as they planned a covert getaway, signalled by Helena’s subtle leg tap once everyone had settled for the night.

During Thursday’s episode, as the islanders all huddled into their beds, Harry and Shakira were seen cosy in an embrace before Helena gave a surreptitious tap on his foot, prompting the two to abscond to the hideaway without regard for onlookers, reports OK!
Viewers expressed their displeasure online, with one voicing on X: “Nah this series is just pure chaos.” Another remarked: “Do they think they were discreet?”
Another chimed in with: “Harry and Shakira are so messy, like what is going on? ?” While a different user exclaimed: “That was diabolical.”

The morning after raised eyebrows in the villa as Islanders discussed Harry and Helena’s clandestine visit to the Hideaway. Helena sought to clear the air with Shakira, explaining: “I wanted to speak to you ’cause I don’t want you to think it was done in a malicious way.”
Later, Shakira confronted Harry, pointedly telling him: “Don’t act like you went to the Hideaway cause I kissed someone, you wanted to go.”
