Houses are selling for an average of more than £2m on Bristol’s most expensive street, according to new figures.

Professional sales company Property Solvers looked into average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Bristol postcodes.

It found that, on Seawalls Road (BS9), three properties sold for an average of £2,145,833 – making it the city’s most expensive street.

It was followed by two other streets also in BS9 – Old Sneed Park, where three properties sold for an average of £1,819,666, and Mariners Drive, which saw three properties sell for an average of £1,776,666.

On the opposite end of the scale, Property Solvers also looked into the city’s cheapest streets.

Some of the cheapest streets include Manor House Court (BS14), where six properties sold for an average of £87,333, Hengrove Way (BS4), where five properties sold for an average of £99,320, and Quay Point (BS1), where eight properties sold for an average of £100,068.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Canynge Road (BS8) sold for £3,950,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £50,000 and under on Humberstan Walk (BS11), County Street (BS11) and North Street (BS11).”
