NEW LONDON, CT. (WFSB) – Two men were arrested after a narcotics operation in New London Monday.
Police say that units were conducting the operation in the area of Governor Winthrop Boulevard and Meridian Street.
Around 11.5 grams of crack cocaine and 15.1 grams of fentanyl were found.
42-year-old Donald Richardson and 61-year-old Frank Debartolo were arrested.
Richardson is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 200ft of a school.
Debartolo is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
