One of Bristol’s favourite dining destinations will be returning to the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta this summer, to bring festival goers an on-site restaurant to enjoy some delicious grub.
Following the success of it’s Fiesta venue last year, Pasture will be returning to serve food from Friday, August 8, to Sunday, August 10, with a specially curated menu for the event.
Alongside the indoor experience this year, Pasture will be running a BBQ service throughout the day under their new concept, PRIME.
This highly anticipated project by Pasture is described as being “a new casual dining affair encapsulating the best of Pasture over the years with many tasty additions”.
The main Pasture restaurant will, similarly to last year, be located in an ‘enviable’ location on the edge of the main arena.

Sam Elliot, Chef & Owner at Pasture, said: “We are delighted to be back for our second year at the Fiesta after an incredibly fun and successful weekend in 2024.

“We have looked back at last year and tweaked our offer slightly to offer a bit of something for everyone, from the casual walk up and order lunch service, to the full sit-down dining experience.
“The team and I can’t wait to get back up to Ashton Court and serve everyone our delicious food against the backdrop of the Fiesta and the incredible programme in the main arena.”
Kicking off each day with breakfast, you’ll be able to book tables between 7am and 11.30am, with a complimentary hot drink included with your ticket. Early risers will also be able to purchase tea and coffee from the on-site restaurant from 5.30am before breakfast service commences.
Then, from 5pm on Friday and Saturday of this year’s Balloon Fiesta, there will be a two-course dinner service, in which festivalgoers will be served a selection of Pasture favourites and exclusive dishes, all in a perfect setting for balloon lovers.
For the ultimate Fiesta experience, the Night Glow service will begin from 8.30pm on Friday and Saturday, and will see diners greeted with a glass of bubbly and served four courses of Pasture favourites, as well as dishes created especially for this event.

What’s more, in addition to all of this, there will be a new Pasture Day BBQ from midday until 4pm, where anyone can head to the restaurant for hot off the grill burgers, wings and other Pasture classics. You won’t need to book, simply turn up and tuck in.
Ben Hardy, Balloon Fiesta executive director said; “We’re thrilled to have Pasture back providing food and drink for Fiesta goers.
“Their first year was such a success and to have them back again and cooking up a storm in Sky Lounge as well as their full restaurant across the whole weekend will be fantastic.”
This year’s Bristol International Balloon Fiesta takes place from Friday, August 8, to Sunday, August 10, at Ashton Court Estate.
It remains a free-to-attend event, however if you wish to drive and park on-site, you will need to pre-book a car parking ticket ahead of time.
