Construction has started on a new apartment complex in Staple Hill
Construction has started on a new apartment complex in a suburb on the Bristol border.
Work on Churchill Living’s new 42-home development in Staple Hill is now underway following planning approval.
Brunel Lodge, located in Page Road, has been named after Staple Hill’s links to Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the brainchild behind the construction of the Bristol and Bath Railway and Staple Hill Tunnel.
The development will be formed of 42 one and two-bedroom self-contained apartments, which have been designed to make life easier for the over 60s. All apartments are self-contained, with fully fitted kitchens and landscaped gardens.
The Lodge has free parking, a guest suite for family and friends to visit overnight and an exclusive Owners’ Lounge complete with a coffee bar and Wi-Fi to socialise.
For extra peace of mind, a 24-hour Careline support system and on-site full-time Lodge Manager is also in place.
David Meachem, divisional sales & marketing director for Churchill Living, added: “We are delighted to be bringing a new development to Staple Hill.
“Our priority is thoughtful design that makes retirement living easy, ensuring Owners have more time to relax and enjoy the things they love most! Prospective Owners can register their interest now and explore everything Brunel Lodge can offer them.”
