One of the Trafford Centre’s longest-standing restaurants has unveiled a bold new look – which is now set to roll out to its other venues across the UK in the months ahead.
Yo! Sushi inside the food hall at Selfridges is famed for its conveyor belt style of dining, boasting an array of Japanese food, sushi and rolls.
Now bosses have unveiled a stunning new look, inspired by “the buzz of Tokyo”.
They say the new style is part of its plans to upgrade its restaurants up and down the country in its “fresh new era”.

To celebrate the new look, they have also announced a special offer to customers heading along on its first official opening day on Tuesday, July 1, inside the Trafford Centre.

Bosses have announced that the first 50 customers will receive 30% off their meals when they head to Yo! Sushi on Tuesday from 12pm.
Announcing the news of the rebrand, bosses said in a statement: “Manchester, get ready to roll – YO! is back and better than ever.
“The Trafford Centre restaurant within Selfridges is relaunching on 1st of July with a bold new design that brings the buzz of Tokyo nightlife to one of the UK’s most iconic shopping centres.

“With brighter colours, bold design and bigger energy, the redesigned space features neon signage and hanging street-style designs, laying the stage for an exciting dining experience.
“Whether you are grabbing a quick bite in between shopping or settling in for an evening meal, YO! Trafford Centre has exactly what you need to experience fresh sushi and delicious Japanese food.”

First opened in Soho in London in 1997, YO! pioneered the UK’s conveyor belt sushi experience, redefining fast casual dining with a Japanese twist.
It went on to open in cities across the UK, and also has a site inside the Arndale Centre in Manchester city centre too.
