A closure order has been issued on a house in Liverpool after reports of drug dealing and prostitution. Merseyside Police announced the force had secured a closure order for a house on Dingle Mount, Dingle, meaning anyone entering or living at the property is liable for arrest.
In a post on social media, police said the closure was due to reported anti-social behaviour, drug dealing, prostitution, public order and criminal damage. The application for the order is made by an officer of rank inspector or above at Merseyside Police and is in line with section 80 of the Anti-social, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The order has been put in place for three months and runs until 2pm on October 3, 2025.
Writing on X, Merseyside Police said: “We have secured a closure order of a house in Dingle following reports of anti-social behaviour, drug dealing, prostitution, public order, and criminal damage.

“The closure order prevent anyone entering/ living at the property. Anyone found in the property are liable for arrest.”
