In a captivating spectacle of music, art and technology, DroneArt Show will paint an indigo night sky with luminous displays which bring the iconic melodies of classical pieces such as Vivaldi’s ‘Four Seasons’ and Tchaikovsky’s ‘Swan Lake‘ to life – or should we say light. The outdoor candlelit concert will be adding a vibrant splash of colour to the skies above Sandown Park Racecourse, located in the outer London suburbs, from August 22 to 23. For one weekend only, you’ll be able to sit back among a glowing sea of candles and watch as talented musicians perform live under giant vivid depictions of flowers, birds, ballerinas and much more.
What can you expect at the DroneArt Show in London?
This bewitching DroneArt Show production has already delighted audiences in numerous cities across the world, including Paris, Los Angeles, Sevilla, Melbourne and Madrid. Now, London can gaze up towards the heavens as synchronised drones work in harmony with a selection of classical compositions, conjuring striking images to match the music, seemingly out of thin air.
You’ll be able to grab a drink, and food if you’re feeling peckish, before taking a seat to enjoy a luminescent journey through storied music. Relax among the comforting flicker of thousands of candles as you lose yourself in the lively birdsong of Vivaldi’s spring concerto or the grand, powerful symphonies of Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. High above the sweeping bows of violinists, curious woodland creatures, swooping birds and blooming flowers will stamp the skies, making it a feast for all the senses.
The DroneArt Show is just over an hour, inviting you to escape the buzz of the city and unwind in a haven of music and colour. Be sure to wear layers or bring a blanket, as this is a late evening concert (and we all know what England is like) that will take place outdoors. Otherwise, just grab your friend, treat your loved one to a romantic evening out, or just take some time to yourself, and sign up to the waitlist for a mesmerising concert experience this summer.
