Aptly named Sea Breeze, in Paignton, Devon, the two-bedroom apartment is a minute from the town’s famous sea front.
Sean Roper, of South Wales based Paul Fosh Auctions, says the seaside lot has a guide price of just £1.
The ‘fixer-upper’ is in need of a lot of work.
