The Downtown Orillia Business Improvement Area (DOBIA) is excited to welcome Lakeside Lagree to the Downtown Orillia BIA family. Lakeside Lagree is a fitness studio and is located at 163 Mississaga St. E and is owned and operated by Melanie Booth.

With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Booth brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to Lakeside Lagree.

A Certified Lagree Instructor since 2014, Melanie was among the first recruits to launch Lagree studios in Toronto and has since become a Level 2 Certified Instructor, earning additional training to refine her mastery of this unique method. She has even attended the prestigious Lagree Summit in Las Vegas, immersing herself in the latest advancements in Lagree fitness.

For Booth, Lagree stands out as the most transformative, dynamic, and rewarding workout she’s ever taught. Unlike any other fitness modality, Lagree is constantly evolving, challenging, and delivering results. Having trained athletes, dancers, and individuals at all fitness levels, she knows that Lagree can be tailored to meet the needs of everyone—from fitness newcomers to seasoned athletes.
