Business Wales, a Welsh Government-funded business development group, is hosting a series of drop-in events across Ceredigion to support young people interested in starting their own businesses.
Part of the Young Futures: Mid Wales Business Roadshow, the sessions are especially aimed at those under 25 with entrepreneurial ambitions.
Jemma Sinclair, from Business Wales, said: “The sessions are for anyone interested in becoming your own boss or anyone who has entrepreneurial ambitions.
“I will be on hand to explain to you the range of Business Wales services available to budding bosses – such as one-to-one business advice, and our wide range of training webinars and workshops which can help you develop your business idea and generate a business plan.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the Young Persons Start Up Grant, which offers up to £2,000 to help launch a business.
The drop-in events are free to attend and will be held at the Radley Room, Guildhall, Cardigan on Monday, July 28 from 12pm to 2pm; RAY Ceredigion, Tabernacle Street, Aberaeron on Tuesday, July 29 from 9am to 12pm; and Medina Café, Aberystwyth on Wednesday, July 30 from 1pm to 3pm.
Additional sessions will take place at Cwtch Café, Builth Wells on Thursday, July 31 from 1pm to 3pm, and Café Hafan Yr Afon, Newtown on Tuesday, August 5 from 10am to 12pm.
