Warner Bros. Discovery has revealed details about its upcoming separation, with Warner Bros. housing streaming and studios, while Discovery Global will encompass channels across the globe.

Warner Bros. Television, Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, DC Studios, HBO, HBO Max and Warner Bros. Gaming Studios, as well as their film and television libraries, will be housed under Warner Bros. The global networks, including CNN, TNT Sports in the U.S., Discovery and free-to-air channels across Europe, plus Discovery+ and Bleacher Report (B/R), will fall under Discovery Global.

David Zaslav, currently president and CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, will serve as president and CEO of Warner Bros. The team will include Pam Abdy, co-Chair and CEO of Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group; Priya Aiyar, chief legal officer; Casey Bloys, chairman and CEO of HBO and HBO Max; Bruce Campbell, COO; Mike De Luca, co-chair and CEO of Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group; Channing Dungey, chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. TV Group; Robert Gibbs, chief communications and public affairs officer; James Gunn, co-Chairman and CEO of DC Studios; Lori Locke, chief accounting officer; JB Perrette, CEO and president of streaming and games; Peter Safran, co-Chairman and CEO of DC Studios; and Avi Saxena, CTO.

Discovery Global will be led by Gunnar Wiedenfels as president and CEO, with Gerhard Zeiler tapped as president for the U.S., U.K. and Germany at Discovery+ and chief content officer. Fernando Medin will serve as president, international. The team also includes David Duvall, CTO; Amy Girdwood, chief people and culture officer; Ryan Gould, president, U.S. ad sales GTM; Anil Jhingan, chief development officer; Kasia Kieli, president and managing director for Poland and CEO of TVN; Scott Miller, president of distribution; Fulvia Nicoli, executive VP, content strategy and insights; Brian Rauch, chief accounting officer; Luis Silberwasser, chairman and CEO of TNT Sports; Mark Thompson, chairman and CEO of CNN Worldwide; Sue Underwald, chief legal officer; Bobby Voltaggio, president for U.S. ad sales platform monetization; and CFO Fraser Woodford.
