Wirral-based Concept Projects Group delivered the 10,000 sq m digital site for Boccard UK at Deeside Industrial Park, with a focus on strengthening the UK’s nuclear and industrial supply chains.

The facility will produce high-integrity components for the nuclear, energy, and food sectors and was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.

Concept Projects Group managed the end-to-end relocation for Boccard UK, including dilapidation works, infrastructure upgrades, and office fit-outs.

The facility was designed with input from the Broughton workforce to maximise manufacturing efficiency and process flow.

A dedicated segregation zone for stainless steel manufacturing was included to ensure quality and safety.

The office space reflects Boccard’s corporate identity, featuring mission statements and a reception timeline celebrating the Boccard family legacy.

The project was supported by the Welsh Government’s Economy Futures Fund and is expected to safeguard 59 jobs and create over 150 new roles.

The facility was officially unveiled on Wednesday, July 16, with key stakeholders and dignitaries in attendance.

The project underscores Concept Projects Group’s expertise in delivering complex industrial relocation and fit-out schemes across the UK.

The new facility not only supports Boccard’s growth plans but also contributes to the UK’s net zero ambitions by strengthening domestic nuclear supply chains.
