COWES Week 2025 rolls into its second day today (Sunday, August 3) with a celebration of Family Day, set to bring together families, music lovers, and sailing enthusiasts for a full schedule of entertainment and performances.
From marching bands and sing-alongs to free workshops and local exhibitions, the town of Cowes will transform into a playground for all ages.

Northwood House
The Tea Garden will welcome guests from 11am to 5pm, offering sandwiches, cakes, tea, and soft drinks under shaded marquees.
At 2pm, the Wight Diamonds Marching Band will parade through the grounds, drawing crowds with their uplifting brass sound.
In the early evening, the Afternoon ABBA Party with Mumma Mia will kick off at 4.30pm on the Lawn, inviting families to dance along to the classic hits of Sweden’s pop supergroup.
The party will not stop there as The Dance Preachers will take over the stage from 7pm, serving up high-energy tunes well into the night.
Entry to both performances is free.
Cowes Yacht Haven
Cowes Yacht Haven will continue to delight visitors with a trio of live musical acts from the afternoon into the evening.
Today’s line-up will include:

Cowes Parade
Family Day at Cowes Parade will feature interactive fun and music from early afternoon.
Free children’s workshops and entertainment will take place between 1.30pm and 5pm.
