West Midlands Police have released a picture of a man officers wish to speak to in connection with the incident, which happened in Oldacre Road on July 22.
The force is asking anyone who may have information that could assist their enquiries to get in touch.
In a statement, West Midlands Police said: “Know who this is? We want to speak to him after personal belongings and bank cards were stolen from a car in Oldbury.
“It happened in Oldacre Road at around 10.15pm last Tuesday (22 July).
“Anyone with information is asked to contact us via 101 and quote 20/319096/25.”
