From the 5th to the 9th of August we have on the road what is potentially the single most important preparation race ahead of the Vuelta a España. The Vuelta a Burgos takes the riders through the hilly and mountainous terrain necessary to prepare for the final Grand Tour of the season whilst also helping the riders adapting to the weather conditions. We take a look at it’s startlist.The GC riders here should be the likes of: Giulio Ciccone, Lennard Kämna, Juan Pedro López, Urko Berrade, Mathys Rondel, Davide Piganzoli, Txomin Juaristii, Damiano Caruso, Afonso Eulálio, Rainer Kepplinger, Damien Howson, Lorenzo Fortunato, Harold Martín López, Wout Poels, Egan Bernal, Jai Hindley, Giulio Pelllizzari, Mikel Landa, Isaac del Toro, Nairo Quintana and Javier Romo.
Meanwhile other big riders are making their presence felt: Victor Lafay, Giovanni Lonardi, Andreas Kron, Matteo Moschetti, Fabio Christen, Matteo Malucelli, Roger Adrià, Luke Lamperti, Alessandro Covi, Juan Sebastián Molano and Jon Barrenetxea.
