We know that summer isn’t quite over yet but it is never too late to start thinking about the spookiest time of year.

Northern Ireland always puts on a great show for Halloween with hundreds of events for the whole family, including pumpkin patches, fireworks displays and fright nights.

With the demand for fun family days out in October always being high, a number of spots across NI have already announced their events, with some are already taking bookings.

For those who are looking forward to spooky season, it’s a good idea to get tickets early to ensure you don’t miss out.

We’ve listed some places across NI which have already released their family Halloween event tickets and a few set to drop their tickets very soon.

Halloween Pumpkin Fest – Mountpanther Farm Park

Located outside Clough in Co Down, this is by far the biggest event of the year at Mountpanther.

They have a jam-packed itinerary of activities, spooky surprises and of course pick your own pumpkin in our pumpkin patch and have it carved whatever way you like.

It’s open on Saturday October 11, 18, and 25.

Little Scare-lings – Witches, Wizards and Wicked Treats – Dobbies Antrim and LisburnLittle Scare-lings – Witches, Wizards and Wicked Treats

This Halloween, children and families can get ready to take part in some scarily fun activities and afternoon tea at the Antrim and Lisburn stores Little Scare-lings event.

There will be three tiers of savoury sandwiches and sweet treats for the children and spook-tacular tea and little ones will get to take part in slime and magic potion making to embrace their inner witches and wizards, alongside other magical activities and games.

It is taking place on Saturday 18, Sunday 19, Saturday 25, Sunday 26, Friday 31 October, and Saturday 1 November.

Halloween Pumpkin Patch – Burrendale Hotel Co Down

Come join for a fun-filled day at the Burrendale Hotel, Country Club & Spa on from 12:00pm.

Get ready for pumpkin picking & carving at the hotel and club nestled beneath the Mountains of Mourne, and only a 10 minute walk to the seaside town of Newcastle.

It is taking place on October 18, 25, 26, 27 and 28.

Pup-kin Patch – Dobbies Antrim and Lisburn

The Pup-kin Patch at Dobbies will be a fun outing for dogs where they can dig into treats, toys, and tail wagging fun.

With activities from picking their own autumn themed toys, to enjoying a puppuccino from the restaurant, furry friends are bound to have a paw-esome outing with the family.

The event will also have a free digital photo opportunity for dogs to pose in front of an autumnal backdrop at the Antrim store, for a beautiful pet ‘paw-trait’.

It will be taking place on Saturday 25, Sunday 26 and Saturday 1 November.

Halloween Pumpkin Patch – The Ark Farm

Located in Newtownards, their Pumpkin Patch is set to open once again for the spooky season.

Whilst your pumpkin is being carved, you can go on an adventure on the Halloween trail around the Fairytale Forest to discover some hidden surprises. Families can also toast marshmallows, and craft your own slime to take home.

Dates are yet to be confirmed but events usually run throughout the month of Ocotber.

Located outside Belfast, Streamvale’s website says is is the “originall and best pumpkin patch experiences in Northern Ireland.”

Also featuring a Broomtastic Disco, Haunted House, Tractor & Barrel Rides, Cuddle Times, Indoor & Outdoor Play Areas and more.

It will be open on October 4 and 5, and from October 10 to 31, with sessions lasting 3.5 hours.
