After all the waiting to see the Britpop legends in action north of the border, there are now just a few days to go until Oasis kick off their string of shows in Edinburgh. And, while precise timings are still to be confirmed, a huge hint has been given as to what the stage times will be for Murrayfield.
it was back on July 4 that Oasis began their highly anticipated Live ’25 tour, with tens of thousands fans packing out the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on opening night, as brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher and their bandmates reunite on stage for the first time since 2009. The tour has received nothing but rave reviews so far, with fans on home turf flocking to the gigs at Heaton Park in Manchester, before Wembley was packed out for six shows in London.
And now, all roads lead to Edinburgh for Oasis, where they will begin their run of shows at Murrayfield with a gig on Friday, August 8. Fans from all over Scotland, as well as plenty from North East England are expected to descend on the Scottish capital for the three gigs, which are happening right in the middle of an already very busy spell for the city, thanks to this year’s Fringe festival.
For the gigs in Cardiff, Manchester and London, a post on Oasis’ social media have announced the exact stage times typically with 24-48 hours to go. But, based on the set times for all of the concerts so far, fans can have more than a rough idea of when to see Oasis and support acts Cast and Richard Ashcroft, with it already being revealed that gates at Murrayfield will open at 5pm.
Oasis Edinburgh stage times for Murrayfield
Gates open: 5pm

The full seating plan for Oasis in Murrayfield has now also been confirmed, with fans also told which entry gate they’ll need to use to get in. There will be an extra treat for fans at Saturday’s gig, when the Red Arrows fly over the stadium around 6.15pm.
