The proposal involves changing an existing licence, by adding an operating centre to keep one goods vehicle at Wentworth House, on Turnberry Park Road (LS27 7LE).
Individuals or businesses owning or occupying land near the proposed operating centre, who feel their use or enjoyment of their land would be affected by this change, can make a written representation.
Written representations should be submitted to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days of the notice’s publication (which was on August 7).
A copy of the written representation must also be sent to Aspect Building Solutions Ltd at Wentworth House, Turnberry Park Road, Morley, Leeds, LS27 7LE.
