Police stopped a cloned car in Birmingham and made a big discovery.

Officers boxed it in to avoid a police chase.

The driver of the Lexus was arrested at the scene.

Police then found multiple car keys and car stealing equipment.

Searches were made and four more cloned and stolen cars were found.

The case is ongoing.

WMP Traffic posted on X today, Friday, August 8: “#RoadCrimeTeam saw this cloned car in Longbridge.

“Before it was stopped using tactics to avoid a pursuit.

“The driver was arrested when we found it was stolen & inside were multiple car keys & equipment for stealing cars.

“We then did searches & found another 4 cloned & stolen cars.”
