The Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Inothewayurthinkin is back in training and set for a November reappearance as Gavin Cromwell maps out his journey back to jump racing’s most prestigious prize.
Inothewayurthinkin has won at the last two Cheltenham Festivals, following up a wide-margin Kim Muir success under Derek O’Connor in 2024 with victory in the Gold Cup in March, when he ended the hat-trick attempt of Galopin Des Champs in explosive fashion.
Al Boum Photo (2019, 2020) and Galopin Des Champs (2023, 2024) have landed back-to-back wins in the Gold Cup in the last decade and Inothewayurthinkin is 7-2 favourite with Boylesports to achieve the same feat next year.
