Attic Self Storage, which operates nine facilities across London, is partnering with British television personality Amy Childs to launch a marketing campaign focused on preserving childhood memories. It encourages parents to preserve their children’s keepsakes and offers advice on how to do so properly. The launch coincides with the opening of two Attic facilities at 806 Ripple Road in Barking (East London) and 720 Great Cambridge Road in Enfield (North London), England, according to a source.

As part of the campaign, Attic and Childs have created a guide on what to keep, what to donate and how to store mementoes safely to prevent damage over time. The self-storage operator is also releasing a limited run of memory boxes designed to help families preserve items like baby’s first shoes, hand-drawn pictures and photos. The boxes and a £100 gift card are available through giveaways hosted on the social media channels for Attic, Childs other local influencers, the source reported.

“Time flies so fast with children,” said Childs, who’s a Barking native and mother of four. “They have so many things, and it can be hard to know what’s worth holding on to. I’ve made a memory box for all my kids, and it’s so special to look back on. I’m thrilled to be working with Attic Self Storage on a campaign that encourages other parents to do the same.”

“We believe storage is about more than just square footage; it’s about making space for the things you love,” said Sophie Bagnall, marketing director for Attic. “Our new store openings in Enfield and Barking are a chance to give back to the communities we serve by helping families protect and preserve the memories that matter most.”

Founded in 2006, Attic offers additional services including conference rooms, moving and packing supplies, and mailbox rentals.
