Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has aired the aftermath of Sienna and Jeremy Blake’s fall off the city walls after she exposed his crimes.
Cleo McQueen and Liberty Savage found Jez and Sienna at the bottom of the city steps, immediately calling an ambulance. The father and daughter were rushed to the hospital in a bad state.
When Jez came round, he informed his mother Martha that Sienna knew about him being a serial killer.
“She knows,” he told Martha. “She found my trophies on the allotment. And she found a body.”

Martha got the wrong end of the stick and thought Jez had pushed Sienna, but her son told her it was the other way around.
“Look, I know how much you love Sienna. And I do too, but she will destroy us both if she talks,” Jez told his mum.
Meanwhile, Sienna was still unconscious with girlfriend Cleo by her side.
“Sienna, I need you. This little baby boy here needs you,” a teary-eyed Cleo pleaded.
Martha stopped by Sienna’s bed, asking Cleo to leave her alone with her granddaughter.
After Cleo left, Martha prepared to inject Sienna’s IV with a fatal injection in a bid to protect Jez.
Martha stopped just in time when a confused Sienna woke up, claiming she couldn’t remember what had happened.

Cleo and Martha brought Sienna to Jez’s room, where he tried to suss out what she really knew.
Jez told Sienna she was upset about his engagement to Liberty and they had a row, but covered for her with Dodger, saying it’d been entirely his fault.
Outside the hospital, Sienna asked Grace Black for a pen and paper and started scribbling a list of Jez’s victims, revealing she remembered exactly what went down on the city walls.

In the final scenes, Dodger paid her a visit, reminding Sienna she’d left him a panicked voicemail and insisting there was something she was hiding from him.
Later on, finally alone with Cleo, a worried Sienna asked her if she and the kids could stay at her place for a while.
