Jim Minton is Chief Executive of the Mayor’s Fund for London, an independent charity that champions opportunities for young Londoners facing the biggest barriers. Before joining MFL, Jim was CEO of Toynbee Hall, leading the rebuilding and reimagining of an historic East London community organisation. He was previously a Director at London Youth, and before that was a senior civil servant in the UK Home Office. He has worked in international development; and earlier for a number of national charities, having begun his career in marketing for a multinational company.
