Dr Neil Shastri-Hurst, Member of Parliament for Solihull West and Shirley, is pleased to invite local residents to his upcoming Pensioners’ Fair, taking place on Thursday 21st August.
The event will be held at Solihull Indoor Bowls Club, Brick Kiln Lane (off Widney Lane), Solihull, West Midlands B91 3LEand will run from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
The Fair will bring together a wide range of local organisations under one roof to provide clear, practical advice, and tailored support to older constituents and those who care for them. The event is free to attend and promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Speaking ahead of the event, Dr Shastri-Hurst said: “If you, or someone you know, might benefit from a little advice, a friendly conversation, or a new connection, please do join us on 21st August.
“It will be welcoming. It will be informative. And above all, it will be a chance to give something back to those who have given so much.”
A number of key local organisations will be in attendance to offer support and guidance, including:
