Lauren Llewellyn Hughes will oversee design, engineering and technical aspects of residential projects, including Persimmon’s development in Cam.
She will coordinate work across land acquisition, planning, architecture, engineering and development teams to ensure projects are compliant and delivered on time and within budget.
Ms Llewellyn Hughes said: “I always knew I didn’t want a normal office job or a job working permanently outdoors so this role is my idea of the perfect mix, as I get to do both.”
She began her career as a technical trainee at Taylor Wimpey Cardiff, later becoming a technical coordinator at Crest Nicholson Bristol and most recently served as senior technical coordinator for Barratt Redrow Bristol.
Persimmon Severn Valley is currently active in Wotton-under-Edge, Cribbs Causeway, Tewkesbury, Weston-super-Mare, Backwell and Yatton.
