Dramatic photos show the moment armed police met a Jet2 plane in Prague following a flight from Manchester. The drama unfolded following reports of a large group of men being drunk on board.
It is understood the flight left Manchester for Prague on August 15. Flight tracking suggests there was an issue on board some way into the flight.
A witness told the Manchester Evening News a ‘large group of males’ were intoxicated on board. Some, it is claimed, were vaping, being noisy and swearing.

The witness claimed there was later an altercation with another passenger, before a fight broke out. Things were tense as the plane descended into Prague, it is claimed.
The plane was held on landing, the witness said, before passengers involved were removed by police. Armed officers were pictured meeting the plane as others stood around.
The Manchester Evening News has approached Jet2 for comment.
