Following their comfortable 57-7 win over Gorseinon last Thursday, Neath RFC’s preparations for the 2025/26 season take on a significantly more demanding look when they entertain London Welsh at The Gnoll on Saturday (kick off 3.00pm),

London Welsh are one of the great club sides in the Game and, having been newly promoted back to the English National leagues, they are on the crest of a wave.

Director of Rugby Cai Griffiths, fondly remembered at The Gnoll, has fronted their rise through the Divisions and the Exiles will, as always, receive a warm Welsh welcome on their return home.

Last Saturday, London Welsh had an impressive 38-32 win at divisional rivals Oxford Harlequins and they will be pitched against a Neath side which makes numerous changes from the side which opened the season.

No.8 Ben Williams will lead Neath who parade a more familiar-looking line-up from that which started the Gorseinon game.
