Edinburgh Gin’s new rooftop terrace bar
Edinburgh Gin has officially opened a permanent new rooftop terrace bar above its award-winning city centre distillery
With panoramic views of the capital, the new venue joins the brand’s already popular Rooftop Garden Bar, making the East Market Street location home to two distinctive rooftop experiences.
The Roof Terrace Bar is described as offering ‘a relaxed setting’ for enjoying a selection of the canned cocktails distilled just below.

Next to the Roof Terrace is the Roof Garden Bar, a botanical-inspired setting which serves golden-hour cocktails like classic G&Ts, spritzes, and seasonal serves including Rhubarb Frosé and Rooftop Iced Tea.
It’s also the only place to try the exclusive Rooftop Garden Gin, crafted using sixteen botanicals grown on-site and exclusive to the distillery.

The distillery, which opened in December 2024, is a destination in itself, offering bookable gin-making masterclasses, cocktail workshops, and guided tastings.
