Liverpool will host Southampton in the third round of this season’s Carabao Cup.
The Reds enter the competition for the first time in the 2025-26 campaign and will meet the Championship club at Anfield.
Ties in the third round will be split across two midweeks due to European participation, with Liverpool’s game due to be held in the week beginning September 22.
Confirmed fixture and ticket details will be announced on Liverpoolfc.com in due course.
