Ndata Bobb: Woman who died after disturbance in Edinburgh’s Restalrig Avenue named

Police were called to a report of a disturbance at a property in Restalrig Avenue at about 01:00 on Thursday.

The man was taken to St John’s Hospital for treatment.

Police said he had since been arrested and charged in connection with Ms Bobb’s death and was expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.

Det Insp Tait said: “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Ndata at this extremely difficult time.

“Our investigation remains ongoing, however, we are not looking for anyone else in connection with Ndata’s death.”
