Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks’ Rex Gallagher has turned on his sister Grace Black after tipping Donny Clark off about DI Banks’ real identity.
Rex and Grace have been involved in an ongoing exploitation storyline, working with corrupt police officer DI Banks, who is in charge of the criminal organisation, which involves exploiting teenagers Frankie and Dillon.
In tonight’s episode, Mercedes turned up at The Loft to surprise Grace following her release from prison. Grace headed to the station where DI Banks showed her a video of Maxine confessing to Abe’s murder.
Meanwhile, Frankie and Dillon continued to struggle with drug addiction so Darren reached out to Donny and Misbah for help with the teens.

After overhearing a conversation between Rex and Donny, Lucas gave Rex an ultimatum, telling him to get the pair clean or he would tell his dad Ste, who is in a romantic relationship with Rex.
“You get them clean and out the flat today or I’m telling dad everything,” Lucas told Rex.
Unaware that Grace was watching from afar, Rex brought Darren to the flat and convinced Frankie to speak to her dad.

Following a heart to heart with Darren, Frankie packed her bags and told him she would return to the family home. But after a text from Grace, Frankie snuck out of the window, running to meet Dillon, who was waiting in the car to drive them away.
Grace angrily confronted Rex, saying she saw him trying to help Darren. “You, more than anyone, should know how dangerous it is to go up against Banks,” Grace told Rex.
When Rex asked where Dillon and Frankie were, Grace simply told him “gone”, before insisting: “Those two are our ticket to the top. Never forget that.”
Lucas later asked Rex if he did what he promised, and Rex told him that Frankie and Dillon had gone AWOL.

“They’re going to be OK Lucas, I promise,” Rex said. “I know I might be making the biggest mistake of my life, but I am going to put an end to this right now.”
Rex then made a big decision as he texted police officer Donny, telling him to look closer to home for the source of the drugs. As coincidences go, there featured a big one as at that moment, DI Banks arrived to pick up Diane (who has been staying with Donny and Misbah).
Will Donny understand Rex’s warning and figure out DI Banks is behind it all?
