Arne Slot nominated for August’s Premier League Manager of the Month

Arne Slot has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for August.

The Liverpool head coach led his side to a 100 per cent start to their title defence with three consecutive victories.

After the Reds opened the campaign by beating AFC Bournemouth 4-2, they clinched a 3-2 win away at Newcastle United and then saw off last season’s runners-up, Arsenal, 1-0.

Slot is up against Regis Le Bris (Sunderland), Enzo Maresca (Chelsea) and David Moyes (Everton) for the first Manager of the Month prize of 2025-26.

Fans can vote for the Dutchman at preml.ge/motmaug2025 until 12pm BST on Monday (September 8).
