As the Super League season reaches its climax, there’s a new way to consume content from Serious About Rugby League with the launch of our brand new YouTube channel.

That channel will serve as the main platform for our new Serious About Rugby League Show, a deep dive into the events of the past seven days, as well as a preview of what’s to come.

What better time than now to offer more content and insight than ever before as the Super League play-off picture continues to be shaped, ahead of the 2025 play-offs and Grand Final.

Even after the Super League Grand Final on 11th October, from which Serious About Rugby League will bring exclusive content, there’s plenty to look forward to with a first Ashes series in 22 years starting in late October.

We’ll be across that and all off-season player movement as well as what the 2026 season will look like amid a changing rugby league landscape.

How to get more content from Serious About Rugby League

Having launched last week, the second episode of the Serious About Rugby League Show will be released on Monday 8th September, available via our new YouTube channel.

Editor Will Jackson hosts with SARL writer Sam Cook and the Yorkshire Evening Post’s Peter Smith featuring as guests, with that trio set to be the weekly line-up.

Fellow SARL writer Sam Brocksom will also feature as we release a new show every Monday, casting an eye over the previous week’s events before looking ahead.

With the play-offs on the horizon, a 14-team Super League to be determined, a first Ashes series since 2003, and a whole off-season of transfer stories to get into, it’s a show that will offer plenty.

It will always air via our YouTube channel with clips posted to social media, including our Facebook page. The links for both pages can be found below with this week’s episode available to watch from 6:00 pm tonight.
