Supercity Aparthotels has officially opened its latest property, The Jubilee, this week in the heart of Leeds city centre.

Set within a beautifully restored Grade II-listed building on The Headrow, The Jubilee combines historic charm with contemporary living to offer a new benchmark for flexible city stays. Situated moments from Leeds’ cultural, retail and business districts, it’s ideal for business travellers, weekend visitors and longer-term guests seeking flexible luxury in a central location.

The property features 63 suites including 23sStudio suites, each thoughtfully designed to support flexible living. Select suites include air conditioning and step-free access, ensuring greater comfort and accessibility for all guests. Each suite also offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and calming interior palette – all designed to make longer stays feel effortless.

This new addition to Supercity’s growing portfolio stands out for its fusion of period architecture and sleek, modern interiors. From high ceilings and large windows to smart design touches throughout, The Jubilee delivers on comfort, privacy and space – all in one of Leeds’ most iconic central locations.

Roger Walters, Chairman of Supercity Aparthotels, commented: “Leeds has always been on our radar – it’s a vibrant, creative city with so much going on. The Jubilee is our way of creating a space that feels rooted in the local area, while delivering the comfort, style and independence that guests have come to expect from Supercity.”

The Jubilee marks the next step in Supercity Aparthotels’ strategic UK expansion, following successful openings in London, Manchester, Brighton, and most recently Edinburgh. The brand’s ninth property – Micklegate in York – will launch later this year.
