At the core of this experience is Native Places’ aparthotel concept – blending the best of hotels and apartments. The London property, a listed building on Margaret Street, transforms a former convent with a blend of 30 thoughtfully designed aparthotel apartments and hotel bedrooms in the heart of the West End. Guests are steps from Oxford Street, Regent Street, Mayfair, and Fitzrovia. The property will incorporate NUMA’s signature technology for a seamless digital guest experience, from booking to check-out.

In Edinburgh, Native Places and NUMA introduce two new city-centre properties. The first aparthotel development, Water Street in Leith, offers 45 apartments in the city’s waterfront district; close to the acclaimed Royal Yacht Britannia, the lively bars and restaurants at The Shore, and the scenic Water of Leith Walkway. The second property, in the city, isThistle Street in the prestigious New Town, providing a hybrid of72 stylish hotel rooms and apartments within walking distance of St. Andrew Square, Princes Street, and the St. James Quarter. The Edinburgh locations offer a collection of lifestyle hotel rooms and apartments, giving guests flexible options for short breaks, business trips, or extended stays.
