Waterski and Wakeboard Scotland will host a day of events showcasing waterskiing in Scotland at Town Loch, which is within Townhill Country Park.
The governing body for the sport’s national training site will stage the Scottish Waterski Festival, which will mark the culmination of a hugely successful season for waterskiing in Scotland.
It follows a series of impactful projects and initiatives that have boosted participation, developed new pathways, and inspired the next generation of skiers across the country.
On the day, all three disciplines – slalom, trick and jump – will be on show, and is open to all ages and ability levels.

Ahead of the festival itself, skiers will also have a unique opportunity to learn from one of the world’s best, Arron Davies.
The current UK Open National Slalom champion, who is ranked 14th in the world and who has freshly returned from competing in Italy at the World Championships, will deliver two days of guest coaching at Town Loch.
Calum Gauld, chief operating officer and head of growth with Waterski and Wakeboard Scotland, commented: “The Scottish Waterski Festival is all about bringing the community together – from kids just starting out to seasoned athletes.
“This season we’ve seen incredible growth through new initiatives, and the festival is our chance to celebrate that success.
“Having Arron join us straight from the world stage highlights the standard of talent in the UK and gives our members a rare opportunity to learn from the very best.”
The festival is free to attend, and spectators can watch the day’s action unfold from outdoor decking, the Townhill Loch Cafe, and around the loch itself.
On-site parking is also available within Townhill Country Park.
