Elon Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Wilson, strut her stuff on the runway for her first-ever New York Fashion Week show Friday night.

The transgender model made her debut in Alexis Bittar’s “MISS USA 1991” presentation.

“I purposely cast, each contestant to represent a U.S. state where trans rights are under assault,” the designer said in a statement obtained by Page Six.

Wilson — who is trans — represented the state of South Carolina for the runway show.

She sashayed down the catwalk in a shimmering, short-sleeved red gown from the brand’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Her look was accessorized with a pair of gold earrings and a small clutch.

Bittar added in her statement that she “played with juxtapositions” for her designs, noting “fluidity against structure, texture against control, boldness against fragility.”

“The hand sculpted Lucite palette is muted sherbet shades of mauve and teal, so specific to the early ’90s, set against graphic, gold-textured shapes that fracture the softness,” she continued.

While this was Wilson’s first time walking for NYFW, she has modeled down a runway before.

In May, Page Six exclusively covered her catwalk appearance at the Season 10 premiere of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” in New York City.

Footage from the event showed Wilson giving a spirited voguing performance while flipping her hair and even flaunting her dancing skills.

That sighting came after Wilson publicly clapped back at her billionaire father for deadnaming her via social media. (A deadname is the birth name of a trans person who has changed their name as part of their gender transition).

The 21-year-old influencer, who has long been estranged from her father, shared in March that she came out as trans in 2020 because she worried she could go “down a destructive path” if she didn’t.

“It was 11 p.m., and I was like, ‘I know for a fact I am trans.’ I had known for a few months at that point, and I was like, ‘I cannot f—king do this anymore,’” Wilson — whom Musk shares with ex-wife Justine Musk — told Teen Vogue at the time.

Elon, 54, has vocally opposed his daughter’s transition, but still gave the green light for her to receive gender-affirming care as a minor — a move he says he was “tricked” into doing.
