A MAN has been found dead at a property in a Scottish city.
Emergency crews raced to the scene in Edinburgh this afternoon at around 12pm.

The alarm was raised after police received a report of the death of a 56-year-old man at New Lairdship Place in the capital.
An investigation was launched following the tragic discovery.
Officers confirmed there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told STV News: “We received a report of the death of a 56-year-old man at a property on New Lairdship Place, Edinburgh, around 12pm on Saturday, 13 September, 2025.
“There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
Meanwhile earlier the same day cops cordoned off a large area of Calderglen Country Park in East Kilbride , Lanarkshire, close to a playground and popular zoo.
It’s understood officers were summoned to the scene early this morning after the tragic discovery in the park overnight.
They focused their attention on a popular beauty spot known as the Horseshoe Falls.
Police say the man’s death is being treated as unexplained.
But they do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances.
A police car had been driven down a walkway normally used by dog walkers and officers can be seen guarding the area.
An onlooker who saw the large police presence said: “You can see a whole load of cops down at the wee bridge next to the waterfall and whatever has happened it looks very serious.”
Several cop cars are also parked in the courtyard next to the local golf course Torrance House.
Police officers carrying equipment bags were seen walking into the woods.
