Anne Shaw OBE, the executive director of Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), is set to leave her post after eight years of service.
Shaw will take on a new leadership role as chief executive of the National Transport Authority in Ireland.
She first joined TfWM in 2015 as director of network resilience and was appointed executive director in 2022. Before her time at TfWM, she dedicated 26 years to Birmingham City Council’s transport department.
