Lifestyle guide Muddy Stilettos has unveiled its 2025 ‘Top 300 Best Places to Live’, and ranked Queen’s Park as number nine for the capital. It joins the likes of Islington, Crouch End and Dartmouth Park among the four north London neighbourhoods singled out.
For many, the area’s centrepiece is its 30-acre Victorian park , complete with tennis courts, a children’s paddling pool, animal farm and ornamental gardens, all of which give families and young professionals a true village feel within 15 minutes of Oxford Circus.
Locals flock each weekend to Queen’s Park Farmers’ Market, while the annual Queen’s Park Day has been dubbed a ‘turbo-charged village fête’. There’s a thriving high street with independent cafés and bookshops and yoga studios, as well as and cultural highlights like the Queen’s Park Book Festival
Household names like Daniel Craig, Sienna Miller and Louis Theroux have also all call Queen’s Park their home.
But, popularity comes at a price, as according to Muddy Stilettos the average property in Queen’s Park is now £1.1 million.
