Kasper Stankiewicz, of Congresbury in North Somerset, appeared at Bristol Crown Court yesterday (October 1).

The 19-year-old was charged with causing the death of Alfie Gray on September 10, 2024. 

Alfie was killed in a collision on the A370 near Hewish, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset.

Stankiewicz has pleaded not guilty to the offence.

He is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court for a trial on May 11 2026.

The trial has a time estimate of four days.
