A new family-run British fast-food restaurant is opening its doors in Bristol for the very first time on Monday. The new Wingers will be located in Brislington and will be open seven days a week from 11am-11pm for both eat-in, takeaway and delivery.

The new opening will be at 821 Bath Road, next to the Pets at Home and McDonald’s. There will be a new loyalty programme scheme, giving new customers 50 free points worth £5. Students also get discount in-store when visiting in person Mondays-Thursdays.

Wingers is a family-run business started up by Amran Sunner, his brother Dylan and dad Bill, who set about to create their own fresh buttermilk chicken recipe in the Midlands. They quickly expanded with more restaurants popping up across the county, and now the family team have 17 restaurants in total from as far as Wolverhampton and Worcester, to Birmingham, Derby, and their most recent opening in Brize Norton.

The menu features the likes of chicken tenders and chicken wings, with a range of flavours – including garlic and parmesan, red hot buffalo, sriracha mayo, blue cheese, American BBQ, and Wingers’ own signature sauce. There’s also dishes like the ‘Feast Bowl’, which features three boneless chicken tenders with salad, crunchy slaw, Wingers fries and your choice of sauce.

Some other items on the menu include loaded Jerk fries, mac n cheese tenders, wraps, burgers, and sides like cauliflower bites, skin on fries, gravy, and mac n cheese croquettes. Plus dips and meal options aplenty.

The team says: “The team maybe growing, the flavours still marinating, but everything is still done the family way. We aim to be the go-to chicken hotspot.

“We pride ourselves on serving only the finest fried chicken and have rapidly built ourselves a reputation as ‘THE chicken wing company’.
