Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks will air some emotional scenes for multiple characters after Jez Blake is finally caught out, with the villain’s reign of terror coming to an end in a dramatic showdown.
Jez has claimed several victims over the past few months, though has managed to conceal his crimes from most people in the village. His daughter Sienna was one of the few to discover he was a serial killer, and she was held hostage alongside Ste Hay.

At the same time, Tony Hutchinson erroneously believed he was responsible for the death of Bobby Costello, with his plea hearing taking place in today’s episode as Jez smugly watched on in the courtroom.
Unbeknownst to the villain, Dodger Savage had pieced together that Jez was the figure behind all the killings in the village, and rushed to the hearing to deliver his evidence. Knowing there was no way out, Jez took drastic measures to evade justice.

Next week’s scenes will see the aftermath of the dramatic situation unfold, with Darren Osborne suggesting that a public vigil should be held in the village to honour all of Jez’s victims.
The community agrees with Darren, and he makes a moving speech at the vigil. Prince McQueen is one of the individuals who becomes emotional, with the character reflecting on the loss of Dilly Harcourt.
Leela later visits Prince and notices that he’s distracted, with Leela listening to him as he shares his feelings. Their relationship seems to be on the right track, though Prince is evidently grieving the death of his ex-girlfriend.
While Jez has seemingly met his end, another villain will continue to cause mayhem in the village next week, with Clare Devine ruthlessly abducting Frankie, Dillon Ray and Vicky Grant as she seeks the truth about the death of her husband, DI Alistair Banks.

“The teens are terrified when Clare turns on them again,” our Hollyoaks insider explains. “She’s been keeping her distance since being arrested, but now that she’s fleeing, she decides that she has nothing left to lose.
“Frankie, Dillon and Vicky previously showed that they’re not to be messed with when they faced off against Banks and delivered the ultimate revenge. Could history repeat itself? Or are they no match for Clare?”
