Paul Danan’s will has been disclosed with the majority of his £438,000 estate set to be inherited by his son.

The Love Island and Hollyoaks star died aged 46 in January this year. Now, eight months later, legal documents have shown how his estate has been shared.

His will reveals he bequeathed £30,000 to each of his two siblings, Jamie and Joshua. The actor also allocated £20,000 to Emma Devries, identified as the guardian of his son DeNiro.

Additionally, the remaining portion of the television personality’s estate will pass to his 10 year old son upon reaching 21.

Television personality Paul had previously called his cherished son his “proudest achievement”, friends revealed. Paul even referred to DeNiro, born in 2015, as his “mini-me”, reports the Mirror.

Paul had posted photographs of quality time with his adored son, whom he is understood to have co-parented, on Instagram throughout the years.

Paul composed a heartfelt birthday tribute to DeNiro one year, stating: “Happy birthday to my most precious, beautiful, amazing child in the whole wide world! I love you so so much and want to be with you every day and pls G-d one day we will. For now I will wish you the most amazing birthday wishes and hope all your dreams come true. I love you baby. Always and forever Daddy.”

Paul was discovered deceased on a sofa at his Bristol home on January 15. The television icon was found by friends, an inquest heard in May this year.

The inquest was told that Paul’s concerned friends sounded the alarm when they hadn’t seen him for several days. It heard he had died from a combination of drugs, including cocaine and heroin.
