Pro-Palestine student protesters from multiple universities gathered in London on Tuesday, October 7, according to local reports.

The Metropolitan Police said that they had “imposed Public Order Act conditions on an Inter-University March in support of Gaza, departing from King’s College near The Strand.”

Writing for The Times, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that the student protests on the second anniversary of the October 7 attacks in Israel were “not who we are as a country.”

“It’s un-British to have so little respect for others. And that’s before some of them decide to start chanting hatred towards Jewish people all over again,” Starmer said.
